- CO 07-11-25 / Ordinance 02-365: Amendments to Chapter 40, Article 3 (electric rate schedules, customer service charges and energy charges). - CO 07-12-25 / Ordinance 02-366: Amendments to Chapter 40, Article 3 (sewage service rates). - OR 1051-25 / Ordinance 742: A proposed lease of county land to the Los Alamos Dog Obedience Club, Inc. - OR 1054-25 / Ordinance 741: Authorization to execute a loan and subsidy agreement with the New Mexico Finance Authority for $2,727,000 to finance phases 2 and 3 of the Denver Steels waterline replacement project. - OR 1062-25 / Ordinance 740: Authorization to transfer certain county-owned real property to the Richard Scottnicki and Pamela Scottnicki Revocable Trust.
Councilors introduced each ordinance "without prejudice" and asked staff to ensure publication as provided in the county charter. No substantive debate of the measures occurred at introduction; they will appear on a future agenda for formal hearings or adoption where required by law.
