Committee creates separate agriculture procurement advisory committee to report to statewide procurement committee

Chair cited discussions with Senator Carson and Charlie Ewinghouse, director of the Department of Administrative Services, who advised a separate advisory committee would better provide agricultural procurement expertise while still informing the statewide procurement body.
