The project includes a new traffic signal at Creston/Niblick/Wall/Bevill; installation of the signal hardware should begin late in the month, with final striping and activation after paving.
- Creston Road (phase 2): Design is roughly 95% complete and staff said the city expects to bid the phase later this fall with construction anticipated in spring 2026. Phase 2 will include a roundabout at Rolling Hills.
