Kenai Peninsula Borough proposes Land Affordability Program to give residents 25% discount on qualifying borough lots with development obligations

The Kenai Peninsula Borough lands committee on March 6, 2025 introduced Ordinance 2025-09 to establish a Land Affordability Program (LAP) that would give qualified Alaska residents domiciled in the borough a 25% reduction off the gavel price for selected borough residential parcels in return for obligations to develop the lot.
