7) Motion to open and continue the public hearing for amendment to the annexation agreement for Hummel Trails Neighborhood 14 to the May 27, 2025 Village Board meeting: Approved by roll call.
8) Motion to convene closed session for pending/probable litigation, personnel and real-estate matters: Approved by roll call; board moved to closed session with no action expected afterward.
