Council Mayor Amaro asked whether the revisions changed the scope of the project. Planning department staff member Erin Abney responded that the revision was made to address the issue raised at the Planning Commission and that planning staff remained supportive of the change. Abney also confirmed that the previously listed condition remained in place.
The meeting record notes the revised written description is dated May 6 and the revised site plan is dated April 22. Staff said they would pass the revised documents out after the agenda meeting so council members would have them before the public meeting session.
