Staff emphasized that no cash would change hands and that the transaction would be completed as in‑kind donations plus a sponsorship package.
Board members asked for project details and a scope of work packet for review. Staff said they would include district maintenance staff in planning and would circulate specifications in the packet for the next meeting. Staff also recommended including the district facilities manager or designated administrator in vendor discussions to ensure oversight of installation and any associated ventilation work.
