Council approves consent agenda; renews charter bus and taxi licenses, removes item and reappoints sewer/water member

The board approved renewal of New Shoreham charter bus licenses for “2526” for William McComb and Patrick Evans pending receipt of paperwork and fees. The council also approved renewal of a long list of taxi licenses (names recorded in the meeting) pending paperwork and licensing fees, with the stipulation that drivers state rates to passengers prior to departure.
Separately, the council reappointed Tom Doyle to the sewer and water commission for a term expiring April 2030.
These items passed by voice vote. The council indicated the taxi and bus renewals are conditional on paperwork and fees being filed before issuance.
