County receives $750,000 offer for Bluefield Road property; commissioners send upset-bid matter to evening session

The board did not accept the $750,000 offer and agreed to return the matter at the 6 p.m. meeting for further discussion. Purchasing staff will, if directed at the evening session, advertise acceptance to start the upset-bid process and return with any higher bids for the board’s final approval.
