He said the property owners' advisory board met and a majority of attending owners supported the reduced assessment.
The board opened a public hearing; no members of the public signed up to testify in the auditorium or via Zoom. Following the hearing, the board voted to adopt the resolution to levy the modified assessments. The motion carried unanimously, 5 to 0.
