The amended motion directed the administration to execute conveyance documents and to require the developer/organization to make the endowment payment and accept the GOB-funded repairs on a reimbursement basis. Administration staff clarified the capital allocation would be reimbursed after work was completed, consistent with general obligation bond rules.
