Humanitarian teams responded with emergency shelter materials, psychosocial support and hygiene supplies. The U.N. spokesperson said that despite funding shortfalls, humanitarian partners supported approximately 1,800,000 people across Ukraine with water, sanitation and hygiene assistance in the first quarter of 2025.
