The Cochise County Board of Supervisors Library District approved its consent agenda — including the minutes of the April 22, 2025 library district board meeting and demands and budget amendments for operating transfers — during a brief meeting on May 6, 2025, at the Supervisors Hearing Room in Bisbee.
The approval was moved by Supervisor Gomez and seconded by Supervisor Crosby. "I move that we approve the consent agenda for library district to approve the minutes of the library district board meeting for 04/22/2025 and to approve demands and budget amendments for operating transfers," Supervisor Gomez said. Supervisor Crosby seconded and, after no discussion, called for the vote. Both supervisors voted "aye." The motion passed 2-0; Chairman Antinori was not present.
The meeting opening noted that the session was held pursuant to Arizona law governing public meetings and that the public was afforded physical access and remote access via Microsoft Teams or phone. No public comments on the consent agenda were recorded in the transcript, and no substantive debate or amendments were discussed.
Following the vote the library district meeting was adjourned and the board proceeded to a concurrently scheduled Cochise County Flood Control District meeting.
