The Cochise County Flood Control District board approved two consent-agenda items during a brief meeting May 6, 2025, at the Board of Supervisors hearing room, 1415 Melody Lane, Building G, Bisbee.
Under a motion to approve the consent agenda, the board voted in favor of consent items 1 and 2 after no members of the public offered comments. The motion was made and seconded on the record; the transcript does not identify which members moved or seconded. The board then adjourned.
The meeting notice said the session was being held pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes §38-431.02(H) and that the public could attend in person or remotely via Microsoft Teams or by phone. Staff advised that remote attendees having trouble connecting could call county support for assistance, and that speaker request forms must be returned to the clerk of the board before the start of the meeting.
At roll call, Supervisor Crosby (District 1) and Supervisor Gomez (District 2) were present; Mr. Antonori was absent. No public commenters spoke when the board opened the call to the public.
With no further discussion recorded, the board approved the two consent items by voice vote and adjourned the meeting.
