On the water system, staff reported the final phase of the meter replacement program is complete, with 321 water meters changed out. Council approved a change order that "zeroes the quantities within the pay application" for the final phase and approved the final pay application. Staff said the project proceeded smoothly and that the approvals close out the program’s change‑out phase.
Both motions carried on council voice votes.
