School budget referendum warrant - The council approved the warrant and notice of election for the MSAD 11 budget validation referendum; motion by Councilor Veronica Babcock, seconded by Councilor Debbie Kimball; the council recorded a unanimous vote. City staff said updated school numbers would be posted and the warrant copies circulated for signatures.
