Revere Planning Board approves Richard Street extension to serve one new home, ties drainage to Walnut Street

The Revere Planning Board on May 20 approved a plan to extend Richard Street to provide vehicular access to a single-family house and to connect the extension to Walnut Street.
Engineer Rick Salvo of Engineering Alliance presented the plan and told the board the extension is a 40-foot right-of-way that will extend the pavement roughly 25 feet to meet Walnut Street. The road design was revised at the city engineer’s request from an initial 24-foot pavement to a 30-foot-wide road to match surrounding standards.
