Staff presented the request as a special use authorization to legitimize an existing low-impact clustered RV layout on property owned by Julie Wyckoff at 908/912 Landau Lane. “Based on the factors in favor, staff recommends approval of docket SU25-06,” county planner Matt Taylor told commissioners during his presentation.
