When asked about a possible shortfall for Gans, Lynn said he had visited with “Mr. Hicks” about the matter and would follow up.
A housing authority representative, identified only as Jerry filling in for Todd, said the agency’s report was in the packet but did not set a date for the Salsall housing grand opening, saying a date was not yet available.
Other administrative items recorded in the meeting: a clerk completed roll call and the council confirmed a quorum. An announcement noted that the state Special Olympics would begin the next day in Stillwater, on the north side at the Hall of Fame, and the council tentatively scheduled its next meeting for Monday, June 16 at 4 p.m.
