The grant would also be used to coordinate with the Department of Transportation for a marked crossing adjacent to the middle school on West Oak Highway.
Staff and the planning commission recommended acceptance of the grant application. The council voted to adopt the resolution and authorized staff to proceed with the application and related coordination.
