President Katisha Brunner was recorded present during the roll call. The meeting official announced that Rick Broomfield, Wanda Adams, Helen Shelby and Kelvin Hill were absent and stated, “We do not have a quorum. We will not have a meeting due to lack of quorum.”
The meeting official also announced the reconvening date, saying, “We'll reconvene in June. I believe that meeting is June. June the eleventh.” No agenda items were discussed or acted on before the meeting ended at 6:09 p.m.
