The council approved two ordinances canvassing election returns and recording charter changes approved by Wylie voters. City Secretary Storm told the council the posted packet included a single additional vote from Collin County and asked that motions be made “as amended.” Mayor Pro Tem Jeff Forrester moved to approve both ordinances as amended; Councilman Gino Maleche seconded each motion. Both motions carried 7-0.
