The commission approved the April 14, 2025 regular meeting minutes and the April 28, 2025 special-called meeting minutes; the motion to approve the minutes passed by voice vote (aye) with no opposition and was recorded as 5-0.
The agenda for the meeting was approved by voice vote. The consent agenda, approved 5-0, included two resolutions: PC Resolution 25-49 to release an existing performance bond and establish a maintenance bond for Royalton Wood Section 2, Phase 1; and PC Resolution 25-50 to establish a performance bond for the June Lake PODC amenity center. Staff conditions of approval accompanied those items and were adopted as part of the consent motion.
The commission also approved PC Resolution 25-48 to release the performance bond and establish a maintenance bond for the Harvest Point Bridge after staff presented a revised certificate of satisfaction signed by city staff; Missy Stahl, CIP director, said the revision clarifies that installation is complete and explains why an additional three-year maintenance bond is being held. The item passed by voice vote, 5-0.
All routine approvals were recorded as passing without opposition. No public commenters addressed agenda or nonagenda items at the start of the meeting.
