- Show Low Lake Public Works building (City project FMO125): Awarded as a design–build guaranteed-maximum-price contract to LD and B LLC with a GMP of $2,306,904.43. The building will accommodate up to 70 public-works employees and include offices, showers, assembly space and utilities. Staff said the design was complete and recommended approval of the GMP. Motion to approve by Councilmember (motion maker recorded in meeting); second by Councilman Adams; motion passed unanimously.
- Reidhead House restoration — adobe and plaster repair (City project FM5225.2): Awarded to Layhouse Corporation in an amount not to exceed $251,900. Staff said the project scope was reduced following earlier rounds of bidding to focus on adobe and plaster repairs; three bids were received and staff recommended the low bidder. The meeting record shows an inconsistent spelling in the motion (recorded as “Lee Haas Corporation” when the bid list identified “Layhouse Corporation”); staff recommended award to the low bidder shown in the published bids. Motion to award by Councilman Clark; second by Councilman Judd; motion passed unanimously.
