The organizers agreed to provide two additional police officers, a certificate of insurance, and a $1,000 scholarship for a local senior to be used for fall school enrollment.

Implementation
Staff will coordinate logistics, security details and promotional outreach with the event organizers and return as needed for any permits or operational requirements. The organizations handling the event will ensure required insurance and security staffing are in place before the event date.
