Caldwell council appoints Christina Buchanan as city clerk; unanimous vote

Council members on the interview panel and others praised Buchanan’s experience and recommended her appointment. Councilor Stoddick moved to appoint Buchanan; a second carried the motion and the council voted unanimously to approve the appointment.
