Commissioner Michael Collins nominated Wilfred Fernandez; the nomination was seconded and, with no other nominations or objections, commissioners approved Fernandez unanimously. Commissioners also thanked outgoing officer(s) during the commissioner business portion of the agenda.
Fernandez thanked members and said he looked forward to serving as chair.
