TCEQ staff urge facilities to update emergency profiles; MS4 application reviews underway

Benitez said facilities may update their WQEPS entries at any time if information changes.
In response to a question about Phase II MS4 applications, Hannah Cobos said TCEQ is still working internally to review the applications and that staff are making progress but do not have a specific public update or schedule for individual MS4 applicants to report at the meeting.
