HARRISON COUNTY, Miss. — The Board of Supervisors accepted an offer of $200,000 for the county-owned former Dealo Hill Police Department building, a sale the board authorized the county administrator to finalize on May 5.
The county manager reported that an appraisal returned a value of $190,000. Two offers were on the table: $170,000 from an earlier bidder and a new $200,000 bid. A board member moved to accept the $200,000 offer; the motion passed and the board authorized the county administrator to sign the sale agreement.
Ending Staff will complete sale documentation and return any closing materials to the board as required.
