Board unanimously approves four May observance resolutions and teacher/nurse recognitions

- Resolution in support of National Teacher Appreciation Week (May 5–9, 2025). The board approved the resolution after presentation by Poudre Education Association president Candace Mosher. Board members then offered remarks thanking teachers; the board directed that the week be recognized in the district. Vote: 7–0.
- Resolution in support of National School Nurse Day (May 7, 2025). Health services coordinator Kim Low introduced the district’s nursing update and welcomed Elizabeth Stoffel as the district’s first integrated services nurse for students with complex medical needs. The board voiced appreciation and approved the resolution 7–0.
- Resolution in support of Jewish American Heritage Month (May 2025). Introduced by Delia Mahaney with student presentations from Lincoln Middle School seventh‑graders Elliot Woodard and Davie Morton who described Jewish traditions and contributions. The board approved the resolution 7–0.
