At its May 8 meeting the North Clackamas School District board recorded three formal votes.
1) Approval of minutes: Director Bauer moved and Director Dobson seconded a motion to approve the April 10, 2025 minutes. The board voted 5‑0 in favor.
2) Consent agenda: Director Beneloga moved and Director Bauer seconded the motion to approve the consent agenda, which included employment changes, the 2025–26 board meeting calendar and a travel request for Clackamas High School speech and debate. The board voted 5‑0 in favor.
3) Complaint action: Director Bauer moved and Director Beneloga seconded a motion that the board take no further action on a complaint filed under board policy K L A R and delegate to the chair the authority to respond to the complainant. The board voted 5‑0 in favor. The chair said a written decision reflecting the vote will be shared with the complainant.
All three motions carried unanimously; the meeting adjourned at 8:47 p.m.
