The Glenn Heights City Council took multiple procedural actions on May 6, 2025, approving the consent agenda and making appointments and reappointments to city advisory committees.
Council approved the consent agenda (items 1–3) on a single motion; the vote was 6–0. The council appointed five regular and two alternate members to the Zoning Board of Adjustment, placing Donna Miles (place 1), Ira Tate (place 2), and others in specified seats; the motion to approve the ZBA appointees passed 6–0.
Council reappointed Courtney Slaughter (place 1), Shalece Nugent (place 3) and Dana Williamson (place 5) to the Citizens Police Advisory Committee; that motion passed 6–0. After confirming no need for it, the council removed an executive-session item from the agenda and adjourned at 8:13 p.m.
