Victorville Water District approves purchase of two water-rights parcels in closed session

Staff indicated that any further details about terms or contingencies would remain confidential to the extent permitted by law because negotiations were conducted in closed session. City staff said they would report additional reportable action at the conclusion of closed session or at the commencement of the regular meeting as required by state law.
