3) Resolution 021 2025 — 2025 road improvement program - Motion: Approval of award of bid for the 2025 road improvement program (includes road reconstruction, library parking lot and Weatherwood Court laterals). - Outcome: Approved (voice vote). 4) Resolution 023 2025 — Waterbug Ski Team agreement - Motion: Approval of an agreement between Waterbug Ski Team Inc. and the City of Muskego for show and practice dates at Idle Isle; clerical date corrections and removal of a "jump only" restriction were made before approval. - Outcome: Approved (voice vote).
5) Ordinance 1503 — Amendment to Chapter 290 (Sewers) (second reading) - Motion: Second reading and approval of Ordinance 1503 to require annual sewer surveys for businesses and other nonresidential users in the MMSD area. - Outcome: Approved (second reading, voice vote). Single-family homes exempt from annual survey; enforcement may include municipal-court fines after outreach.

7) Vouchers and wire transfers - Utility vouchers: $492,627.92 — Approved. - General fund vouchers: $282,194.39 — Approved. - Wire transfer for debt service: $29,600.44 — Approved. - Wire transfers for payroll and invoice transmitters: $450,746.10 — Approved.
8) Other routine business - Finance committee minutes from March 25 were placed on file for perusal; meeting adjourned at 6:25 p.m.
