Applicant Rhett Hickman told the commission the building will be used for storage of personal items such as boats and similar equipment and confirmed the owner understands that any future electrical or plumbing work will require separate city permits.
No public commenters spoke on the item. Commissioner Prince moved to approve the conditional use permit; the motion was seconded and carried on a voice vote.
