The Janesville Plan Commission on April 21 approved an amendment to the residential planned-unit development at 800 Myrtle Way to allow a 55.1-square-foot monument-style ground sign for the Idlewood Residences.
The sign request was considered as an amendment to an existing PUD that originally approved the 219-unit multifamily development in 2023.
