Commission approves Huntington Park TL‑178 site plan with same utilities and fire-safety conditions

The Loudon City Planning Commission approved the site plan for Huntington Park TL‑178 (Lot 5 on Huntington Park Drive) with staff-recommended conditions mirroring those applied to the adjacent TL‑177 lot.

Tom Wharton, the applicant for TL‑178, said the lot continues the light-industrial build-out toward Highway 72 and that he had worked with staff on details.
