The board voted unanimously to accept the forms for the current cycle; members indicated the filings would be deemed complete and correct once any requested corrections were submitted by unanimous consensus.
Clerk Coleman was directed to contact listed individuals whose campaign finance forms required correction. The board set a tentative follow‑up meeting for June 4 at 3:30 p.m. to review subsequent filings; the final report for the cycle was noted as due May 31.
