Rome board approves 11 routine resolutions including intermunicipal agreements and contract extensions

The City of Rome Board of Investment Contracts met April 28, 2025, and approved 11 resolutions covering budget transfers, a public works procurement, contract changes and intermunicipal agreements. The board conducted a roll call, found four members present and carried each resolution by voice vote.

The meeting opened with Mr. Schiller calling the roll; Mayor Lanigan, Board member John Nash, Board member Gerard Feeney and Board member Bridal Adams were recorded present. Board member Joe Giuliano was excused. The board then dispensed with reading the minutes and moved to a series of resolutions that were adopted without substantive discussion.
