Lima City Council passes a slate of first-reading ordinances and refers neighborhood traffic plan to council of the whole

At its meeting, the Lima City Council approved a series of ordinances on first reading and carried out routine communications. All recorded roll-call votes on the listed ordinances were unanimous (8–0).
