Connor said the council approved a one-time cost-of-living/merit increase of 3.67 percent and an increase in the city manager's vehicle allowance; staff presented the figures during the disclosure. The council then voted to "receive a file" documenting the contract amendment and conducted a roll-call vote for the public record. Recorded votes: Council member Burrows—Aye; Council member Douglas—Aye; Council member Hillberg—Aye; Mayor Pro Tem McCauley—Aye; Mayor Lohman—Aye. Outcome: roll call approved and the disclosure entered the public record.
