Sarpy County commissioners approve SID-funded pickleball courts, vacate portion of S. 190th Street; multiple routine motions pass

Sarpy County commissioners on April 29 voted unanimously to approve a pair of resolutions and a number of routine consent items, including a Sanitary Improvement District-funded construction and maintenance agreement for pickleball courts and a road right-of-way vacation adjacent to the Gretna Landing development.

The board approved Resolution 2025-585 to allow Sanitary Improvement District (SID) 2203 to fund the construction and future maintenance of pickleball courts near South 189th Street and Harrison Street, with future maintenance to be paid fully by the SID in the amount of $170,000.
