District staff told the board the draft incorporates feedback from a district employee engagement group (EEG), a second legal review and new appendix B, a revision tracker intended to make future changes transparent. Chief Otmer said the revision tracker was added at EEG’s suggestion so employees ‘‘could easily see any updates that are made over time.’’
