Plats: The board approved two final plats presented by the county Department of Development: Belle Haven Phase 7 in Westchester Township (final phase, 17 lots totaling 7.921 acres) and an outlot at Union Center Pavilion (0.6395 acres) intended for a freestanding Domino—s restaurant. The planning commission had previously approved both on March 11 and April 8, respectively.
Finance and transfers: Finance director David McCormick presented corrections to last week—s budget transfers and a multi-item transfers and appropriations package for the current period. The third CIP draw for the year totaling $1,669,718 was transferred into department accounts to allow project access.
