The Government Operations Standing Committee of the Richmond City Council on an affirmative committee vote forwarded two collective‑bargaining ordinances, an ordinance authorizing a first amendment to a right‑of‑entry agreement, a resolution to adopt an honorary street‑sign policy and a slate of board and commission appointments to the full council with recommendations to approve.

The two collective‑bargaining items are ordinance 2025‑070, the text of an agreement between the city and Teamsters Local 322 for the labor and trades bargaining unit, and ordinance 2025‑071, the text of an agreement between the city and Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Virginia 512 for the professional bargaining unit.
