Brentwood zoning board defers officer election, introduces new planner

With Chair Todd Lockhart absent, the Brentwood Board of Zoning Appeals on Monday in April voted to defer the board’s election of officers until the next monthly meeting.
A board member moved to defer the election and another seconded the motion. The four members present — David Carden, Lisa Rothman, Eric Hauck and Todd Spillane — voted unanimously to postpone the election.
Planning staff also introduced a new staff member, Jackson Reed. Jackson Reed, identified himself to the board as “Jackson Reed, planner 2.” Staff said Reed joined the office from Spring Hill and will assist the board with planning duties.
The board adjourned following the deferral vote and the staff introduction.
