Planner Grant presented the amendments and asked whether the board wanted to take the five items individually or vote on them together; the board voted to consider them as a package. One commenter in the public hearing period was invited to speak but did not come forward.
"So I'll make a motion for the 5 changes to development regs with the amended language as proposed," Mike Summers said, and Jared Williams seconded the motion. The board took a roll‑call vote and approved the package; members recorded affirmative votes during the meeting.
Separately, the board moved to nominate Rob Duham for another three‑year term. Jared Williams made the motion to nominate Duham, seconded by Mike Summers; the board voted and the nomination will be forwarded to the Town Council for appointment consideration.
The board also approved minutes from the April 7 meeting earlier in the agenda.
