The board then ratified approved doctor of chiropractic license applications and continuing education provider approvals. The board also approved staff to proceed with rulemaking to amend California Code of Regulations (CCR), title 16, sections 390.4 and 390.5 (citation procedures) and a package of licensing-related regulatory text discussed by the licensing committee. Members voted to file notice and move the citation text through the 45‑day public comment process if no adverse comments arrive.
