The Comprehensive Plan Oversight Committee voted to approve its bylaws on April 24, adopting a clarifying amendment to Article 7, subsection e that narrows circumstances under which the chair may remove an item from a meeting agenda.
The bylaws provide the committee's name, purpose and duties, membership rules, officer selection and duties, agenda procedures and standards of decorum. Andrea Villoboz, assistant director of planning, told the committee the bylaws "are in your packet" and reminded members the documents are required by ordinance and are posted publicly ahead of meetings.
