San Marcos committee approves oversight bylaws after clarifying amendment

The Comprehensive Plan Oversight Committee voted to approve its bylaws on April 24, adopting a clarifying amendment to Article 7, subsection e that narrows circumstances under which the chair may remove an item from a meeting agenda.
